Design Services

We offer a complete 2D to 3D CAD conversion and reverse engineering facility using the very latest CAD software.

Our experience can turn 2D ideas into 3D models quickly and accurately.

Software, including CATIA, Unigraphics is available for manufacture from basic design criteria or client-supplied CAD design data.

Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacture (CAM) files can be sent directly to ATM.

Alternatively ATM can work from 2D CAD files and convert them to 3D on behalf of customers.

ATM’s partners can accommodate a range of native CAD formats including;

All ATM’s mould tool manufacturing facilities have the capability to carry out testing of the mould and are able to perform pilot runs and small builds.

Each facility is equipped with the specific machinery to carry out mass production and Export licences to the designated country of delivery.

Component Inspection

CMM Inspection
Using CMM capability, we offer inspection reports, capability studies, and R&R reports through to simple component inspection.

Modern 3D software enables parts to be checked directly with the original CAD data.

All these services can be supplied are part of a prototype/production project or on a subcontract basis.
